This questionnaire was made print and electronic, and the electronic template was sent by email to the registered individuals in the service, and the physical, personally answered by those who attended the clinic during the data collection period . We collected data on height, weight in the preoperative period and at the time of data collection, minimum weight obtained after surgery and time to achieve it, in addition do percentual excess of loss weight (% EWL) and the occurrence of weight relapse after reaching the minimum weight. From the information, it calculated the body mass index (BMI) preoperatively and current, and when BMI reached the minimum weight.

There was incidence of 79.3% in weight of relapse between the participants and the average weight of relapse was 19.9 ± 9.3 kg. The nutritional treatment was reported by 41.4% of participants, of which 50% remained during the period of 6 to 12 months. In the relationship between postoperative recurrence and weight it was found that 44.8% (n = 13) participants reached eutrophic BMI of these, 23% (n = 3) recovered between 15 and 20 kg up to 36 months.
